Im a beginner in designing scpecially in MasterPage.

I dont know where to start on how could i design or make a simple template in my master page.

You simply design a master page with a content area for the bit that changes between pages, then your pages use the master page and put everything inside the same content tags. There''s tons of articles, including on this site.
