I have developed an POS using C# and SQL, i want to give it to different clients on rental basis let say for 3 months after three months application will fail to login if customer didnt pay rent, if customer pay rent then i will give him a key which he will enter to renew his app,

please tell me how can i renew his application by any key, but i want that each time and for each customer key should be unique plz help as i am unable to do this.

You are probably going to annoy customers more than prevent piracy, but...

Use encryption. The key you send contains the validation period and any other information, and is encrypted using a private key. The application decodes it using the public key and checks the content. The content is the customer ID plus the expiry date and any other info. Because the private key is the encryption key and never seen by the customer, it doesn''t matter if he reverse engineers your app - he still can''t generate a valid expiry key.
