I am using Visual studio 2005. I am installed Ajax tools to my project it was not running.I was installed Ajax35. It is displayed error please add Reference for System.web.Extensions 1.30... version 3.5 Unfortunately i cannot installed Recent Version of Visual Studio. I should work on 2005 for my company rules. What can I do. Please anyone help

Visual studio 2005 has some specific set of ajax controls So obviously you have to use those controls

Check your web config file, there should be reference ajaxcontroltollkit.dll.
