I am looking for a component that can be used to survey a user (Winforms). The idea is that new questions dynamicalliy appear based on a response to a previous question. If the answer to a previous question is changed, the followup questions disappear.

I don''t mind paying for a commercial solution. I''d prefer not reinventing the wheel if this already exists.
