org.apache.jasper.JasperException:javax.servlet.ServletException:javax.servlet.jsp.JspException:无法创建重写URL:java.net.MalformedURLException:您必须完全指定"forward"，"href"，"page"之一或动作"

I''m just a newbie with struts framework, but when i run an struts app on server i got this error:

"

And the eclipse throw this exception:

org.apache.jasper.JasperException: javax.servlet.ServletException: javax.servlet.jsp.JspException: Cannot create rewrite URL: java.net.MalformedURLException: You must specify exactly one of "forward", "href", "page" or "action"

Could any help me solve this problem please?
