你好朋友，我已经使用bootstrapper软件包创建了应用程序的安装程序，并成功在客户端PC上以prerequsite的身份安装了SQL Express，但是当我启动我的应用程序时，我没有找到任何SQL实例，并且在sql server配置管理器中也看到了3可用的sql服务器服务1)sql服务器浏览器(已停止)2)sqlserver(sqlexpress)正在运行3)所有停止的服务的sql服务器代理(已停止)和启动选项已失效，因此需要做的事还有剩余的安装，因为先决条件请提供帮助谢谢.

hello friends I have created setup of my application by using bootstrapper package & successfully install sql express as prerequsite on client pc but when I start my application i gives no sql instance found & i also see that in sql server configuration manager there are 3 sql server services available 1) sql server browser (stoped) 2) sqlserver(sqlexpress) Running 3) sql server agent (stoped) and start option for all stoped services is disebled so what to do is anything remaining to install as prerequist please help me thank.
