I would like to read, write Stäubli JC3 JC4 JC5 (Jacquard Control) file from USB floppy drive using my laptop PC operated by Windows 7 OS.
It seems that OmniFlop can''t access USB floppy drive.
So I tried several ways like using dd if=/dev/fd0 command, or writing C program.
But I can''t access Jacquard Control file through Cygwin environment.

Through these struggle I noticed it is more difficult than I supposed at the beginning to access alien floppy disk formats.
And I don''t have enough knowledge about floppy disk formats and experience accessing it.

So please teach me is there simple way to create software like OmniFlop?

No.

It needs a lot of knowledge, both of how hardware works, and how other systems store their information on disks. There is not "simple" way to do it.

Why not talk to the people who created it? They are still working on it (given the site was updated 31st Oct this year) so they may be able to help you.
