Well that is something no one can give you an answer for as it really comes down to how you want it to look. Just pay close attention to all the software that you use and note how the developers of those app arrange there controls. Designing a great looking GUI takes lots of practice mixed with a lot of creativity. I have been creating software for 7 years and a lot of the apps I have worked on were GUI apps and I still have trouble deciding on how to layout my controls. Just remember it is not all about looks you also have to consider usability.

While I am guessing that language is an issue (that is, English isn''t your native language), might I suggest you write your question in your own language and then get some help (google translate, babelfish whatever) in translating it to English and then post it?

nobody can answer the question as you have phrased it - you need to give more detail about what you are asking - like are you asking HOW to design a form, i.e. technically how to move controls around, or are you asking how to make a form look ''pretty''?

If it''s the latter, then it''s surely a matter of personal taste? Take a look at some existing forms (you don''t even say whether you are using windows forms, wpf, ASP or what) and decide what you like and what you don''t, and then design yours like that.
