i have a data grid With Two Data Grid Combo Box Column the First one is Bonded to Data Table , the Second one Bonded depending on the selection changed of the first one

when i try to do that in the selection changed of the first one , and go to the next row in the data grid the binding of the first one will be disappear and so the selected item will disappear too , so how can i solve that thanks ..
