I want to know that does all SMTP communication happens through port 25... i just want to block the outgoing SMTP traffic but all incoming traffic should be allowed can it be done by blocking port 25.

Depending on your email server different ports can be used, the default for SMTP traffic is port 25.

This is not written in stone and can be changed, I have seen 2525 being used.

Contact your email provider and ask them for alternative ports.
