I am using C# windows application in vs.net. I have to make package for that application and it is very new for me and the exe file should be in debug folder
how can I make that

You should not keep the exe in a debug folder when you are releasing it to the client.
The whole idea to release a file to the client is that there is no need for them to debug it.

Debug mode is for the development team.
