The question makes no sense. There is nothing you should do on Windows. It is only applied for standard Windows file and printer services which already exist. I have no idea what do you mean by "Windows Server", but certainly not something which you need to migrate; it could be either something unrelated; if this is Windows OS, there is nothing to migrate.

Samba works on Unix-like systems as a network file system used to integrate with Windows file and printing services and can integrate with Windows Server Domain.
