Suppose there is a patient no.1 suffering from cancer reserved bed no. A.
Suppose there is a patient no.2 suffering from cancer reserved bed no. B.

I need logic on a button for swapping for following conditions,
1.if disease are same then only swap will happen.
2.if any bed is unoccupied(Vacant) then only swap will happen.
