Hello friends,

I am going to develop a WiFi hotspot billing software (for e.g Antamedia or chillispot) as my college project. Basic idea will be like...customers will be redirected to login page to pay before getting Internet access. I need your suggestion. I have experience in Application programming using C# and ASP.Net but not in Network Programming. Can you please suggest me from where I will have to start? One of my friend told me to have a look at Windows Filtering Platform. I really need your suggestion like any book, documentation, API etc.
