我有两个CXTPReportView(Listviews)，两边各有两个.cpp文件.

I have two CXTPReportView (Listviews), both sides having two .cpp files one each.

But before adding to listview i want to read from file(.cpp) and compare each line and

character by character, the differences should be in different color.

if Left view is having data and right view is not having data then the right view

should have empty line.

Please help me out if any one had did early or just give a sample code to modify.

WinMerge does that exactly in the way you describe. You can select whole folders for comparison, and later if you want to merge the files, you can do that too.
