Hi guys i m bit new to asp.net and getting essential training from lynda.com.i walked through the whole training dvd but i didnt find pne thing and that was.
it would be hard to explain for me but i will try my bast.
For example suppose that we have a real estae website
we have a table in sql which has all the information s about houses that are for sale
i want to show some initial informations about that particular house and then next to initial information i wnat to placr a Details button globally dynamically and when i click on Details button then whole information about that house should be displayed in seperate window.and i want do it dynamically using sql so i dont have to do this stuff manually.
what this kind of approach is called and how can we achive this approach
once again i m not a skilled asp.net programmer but i want to become a skilled one.

One way is to retrieve all of the information. Put the header info as per normal, put the rest in a div with style set to display:none. The display button would then trigger javascript that would set the div style to display:block. I leave you to work out the detail or find a another way that more closely suits your requirement.
