单击图像"按钮时，应弹出一个窗口，显示
图片的完整尺寸.

而且Popup窗口不应最大化或最小化

I have a image which i have displayed on Imagebutton.
On Click of Imagebutton a window should popup Which show
Full size Image of the Image.

And the Popup window should not be maximizeable or minimizable
