How to change the page layout of a webform to flow layout when there is no option of layout in top menu of VS2008?

Any help would be appreciated.

Well, do a F4 on the aspx page -> it should open up the page properties window -> Look for Property pagelayout on the properties dialog for a page -> Set it to flowlayout.
