how can i preserve the collapsed state of panels after log out of user, so that when user log in again the state remain the same they r at the log off time

i hav 3 diffrent webpart zone, the drag and drop of update panel preserve there state and position but collapsed state is not preserved

they all come in expand state as this state is set for browser mode (after logout)
