i have a collapsed in which the data is coming from database and dynamic label are being created inside a loop i want to highlight the word which are in collapsed panel which matches with the textbox...????

If it''s collapsed, how can you highlight anything ? A label has one font only, so you''d have to owner draw your text to draw it in parts that include different formats, OR you can use a rich text box and set it up so it cannot be edited.
