We recently hired a new web programmer, who is working on a Win7 machine with VS 2008. Somehow, he is generating dozens of files for each page he works on, with the format Default.aspx~RF6119462.TMP

I have searched the web for solutions, but no one seems to have any fixes that are relevant to our situation. Does anyone have on suggestions on how not to get these temp files?

I want to add: I am working on a different part of the website, also using VS 2008 but on a Vista platform. I am not generating the TMP files.
