i have a workbook contain 3 worksheets for printing cheques
1st. sheet is log
2nd sheet is the payment voucher ( data source is log sheet )
3rd is the cheque sheet ( data source is payment voucher sheet )
1st step
i fill in the log sheet the need data ( amount, beneficiary, date ) this as per the cheque sequance
2nd step
manually i do change the cell reference in the payment voucher for each cell ( amount, beneficiary, date )
then automatically cheque sheet is updated
what I''m trying to do is:
to add a button in the voucher sheet to modify the reference up and down

Use the Macro recorder to simulate the manual process that you use and then modify it to do it programmatically. Once complete, add a button to your form and assign the macro you created to that button. I had done something similar with timesheets a long time ago. VBA macros are your friends.
