I am using VS2008 with sql server express. I get this error


Cannot open database "Express" requested by the login. The login failed.
Login failed for user ''IIS APPPOOL\DefaultAppPool''.

why this error comes and how to remove it.

Well this is the problem when User IIS APPPOOL\DefaultAppPool cannot connect to the database.

Are you using IIS 7 to deploy. In previous version I dont think this user is required.
