If your using C++.NET (Visual C++ or C++/CLI or whatever the name is for the one that you can use .NET with) then the assemblies should be all you need to port it over. If your not then you would have to use COM wrappers for the methods and could prove to be a bit more of a process. In either case should definitely be possible.
