I''m new to .net. I ran a windows application setup on windows server 2003. It comes in the default websites of the IIS server in the virtual directory.I want to set the properties for this application that is do the mapping. set the executable path as the one for .aspx but with a .wgx extension. I want to do it using visual basic.net code. Also i wanna check mark the Integrated Windows Authentication of Directory security through this code.

you can set the output file location path by click on application folder in the setup project and in properties window there is default location option , there you can set any path you want.
for changing extension in the application folder click on the file name you added x.aspx nd in the property window for this file there is an option named "target name " set it to x.wgx if that is your point.
