My organization want to develop a web application in .NET framework 4.0 with VS 2010. I want to know if framework 4.0 and VS 2010 are ready to deploy in production environment? Are there any known issues to go ahead with this environment? Please guide me

As far as we can determine, yes it is. We''re using it, but as with any more to any framework, only you can decide if it is ready for production by ensuring you test thoroughly before deployment.
