This is a question almost as ridiculous as your tagging it ''listbox''. YouTube only plays videos, as far as I know. If they have some other plugin system, then I doubt it works exactly the same as twitter, facebook AND linkedin. You need to read the documentation on each of those sites and write your plugin for all of them. What on earth is a ''splash page'', if not a web page ? You mean on a windows app ?
You need to get yourself together and ask a question rooted in the real world. You''ve not even told us why a user would WANT to be asked those things, or what you''re trying to achieve.
