I have a database of some words, but I don''t know j2me programming. Does anybody have any software that input a database and creates a mobile dictionary?

Yes, that''s almost what I want. But there must also be a way to specify words database without programming. For example, the program accepts dic.csv as the words database and then search though it to return user query. Could you please give me something like that?
