How can i send a message to serial port of my pc which is recieved through internet and send back answer from serial port of my pc to that path from which message was recieved??????????

I''m sorry, but this is nothing more than a fantasy.  What do you expect to connect your serial port to the internet ? IE sure isn''t talking to the serial port.
