I was facing same exception for outlook add-in.

具有环境:

1. Windows 7 64位. Microsoft Outlook 2013 64位加载项已编译
   在.net 4.5 VS 2013下

1. Windows 7 64 bit. Microsoft outlook 2013 64 bit Add in is compiled
   under .net 4.5 VS 2013

.net 4.0下的已编译加载项解决了该问题.

Compiled add-in under .net 4.0 fixed the issue.
