Could not retrieve schema information for table or view `testtable`.

I can added it from server explorer tab and test connection is OK.

整个问题出在连接器上.但不仅卸载并重新安装都可以解决问题.

The whole problem is from connector. but not only uninstalled and reinstalled will solve the issue.

 C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0\Common7\IDE\PrivateAssemblies

并删除MySql.Data.dll文件，然后为mysql 5.7安装mysql-connector-net-6.9.8

and delete MySql.Data.dll file then installed mysql-connector-net-6.9.8 for mysql 5.7
