问题描述

访问客户端VSTS时遇到问题.

We are having problem when accessing the client VSTS.

当客户将我们([e-mail])添加为工作帐户时，它更改为(Eg:[e-mail]). 当我们尝试访问VSTS时，将重定向到"c"公司网络身份验证.

While Client adding us ([e-mail]) as work account it changed to (Eg: [e-mail]). When we tried to accessing VSTS, we where redirected to "c" company network authentication.

成功登录后，我们收到错误消息"TF400813:用户'Guid \ [e-mail]'无权访问此资源".

After successful login, we are getting error as "TF400813: The user 'Guid\[e-mail]' is not authorized to access this resource".

我们已尽力(过去1周)解决此问题，但是访问问题仍然存在.

We had tried your best to resolve this issue (Past 1 Week), But access issue still exists.

注意:客户端仅具有管理员权限.

Note: Client only has administrator permission.

问题主要是由于VSTS帐户未与您的用户帐户[e-mail]存储在其中的AAD连接.

The issue is mainly caused by the VSTS account is not connect with the AAD which your user account [e-mail] stored in.

Since the email address [e-mail] is not a Microsoft email, it will be backed to AAD when connecting the VSTS account. If the client VSTS is not connected this AAD or connected with another AAD, you will not be authorized to login the client VSTS account.
