But when I executed this command I got this error: error-message HTTPError 400: Invalid Resource Usage:'Suspend Instance Feature is not available for this project.' You need to apply for early access for this feature and have your project registered with Google. Contact Google Support. Include your email address, the project ID in your request and how you will be using the API.
