- When VM is turned off, Recovery Services Vault Azure VM backup is in "Crash consistency" stage. Does it affect restore (I.E AD, WEB, SharePoint servers) when the backup is in this stage?

The restore from a crash consistent RP will be different from an Application consistent RP. In crash consistent, restore will be successful but we can't guarantee data integrity because it crashed. In application consistent RP, data too will be consistent.

当VM停止时，SQL本身无法泵送任何事务/日志，因此也将不会对其进行备份.

How does Recovery Service Vault backup SQL database/log when the VM is stop?
When VM is stopped, SQL itself can't pump any transactions/logs so they will not be backed up either.
