You cant insert JObject into mongo, you have to convert it to BsonDocument

var bsonlist = new List<BsonDocument>();
foreach (var obj in list)
{
    bsonlist.Add(BsonDocument.Parse(obj));
}

var myCollection = database.GetCollection("MyStuff");
var doc = BsonArray.Create(bsonlist);
myCollection.InsertBatch(doc);
