I have a web application in Tomcat 7.
When I shut down Tomcat I see these warning (but not always)

failed to remove it when the web application was stopped. Threads are
going to be renewed over time to try and avoid a probable memory leak.

be renewed over time to try and avoid a probable memory leak.
