I have a site sp2013 Onprem where i have to build a custom/Designer workflow(which includes multiple level of approval) for the list. It should trigger mail once in a day by consolidating the list items to the approver and he should be able to approve it in one shot(bulk approval). Any reference is appreciated.

There is no OOB function for this currently as per my knowledge, you could try a workaround for this.

Send daily reminder email daily to approver by site workflow, here is a sample thread for your reference.
