我在加载sp2的windows xp上遇到了一些问题。似乎有一个软件问题或硬件问题，我已经完成了微软建议在两个问题上做的事情，我得到一个发送或不发送消息，并已发送它，反馈是做以下我做到了，但仍然无处可去。

Hi,
I''m having a slight problem with windows xp with sp2 loaded. it seems that there is either a software problem or hardware problem and I have done eveything that microsoft suggested to do on both problems i get a send or don''t send message and have sent it in and the feed back was to do the following and i did it and still getting nowhere.

the problem is that when I use the computer normally (not on the internet) it works fine and then when I go on the internet the computer reboots by itself and then that message comes up send or don''t sen my question is would it have anything to do with sp2 installation? if so what do i do to fix it?

open your browser, should be fine now.
