大家好，
我正在使用csharp和MS Outlook开发插件应用程序。
我的问题不是关于编程这样的，它更多关于项目
管理。
有没有人有一个好的URL可以告诉我如何评估一个
软件开发项目？
我们这个项目有两个人，我们不是计算机科学学生，而是b $ b学生，但艺术学生将IT作为联合学位与
心理学。
我认为纯BSc IT课程在软件项目中得到讲师
开发，我们没有！
这不是一个抓地力，它只是我当前的背景。

software development project?
There are two of us on the project, we are not computer science
students but Arts students who took IT as a joint degree along with
psychology.
I think the pure BSc IT class get lecturers in software project
development, we didn''t!
This is not a grip though, its just my current context.
Any help would be welcome!!
