please suggest web-based topics only. To be honest, I'm struggling to find one for myself :)
I'm doing Computer Science and looking for a web-based project. A suitable topic would have a certain degree of novelty, so while you guys browsing the web everyday, what kind of things you expect but haven't come up before. Sorry for my lousy English :)

We can't really help you here: we don't know anything about your course!
We have no idea what you would consider "feasible" let alone "not too complex" - what I would consider feasible and uncomplicated might be really simple to you, or horribly complex. Remember, we have no idea of your skill level, or even the subjects you should know (ignoring the ones you actually do and are comfortable using).

And more importantly, we have not even a clue as to what your college will consider as acceptable in terms of subject, complexity, or implementation.

Talk to your tutor: they know all of these things (or they should) and they are in the best position to point you in the right direction!
