c# over vb. Are their any good articles that I can look at to make my cake
hold water?

Technical reasons are irrelevant, so you need to come up
with business reasons, i.e., which one is cheaper.

Part of the cost will be "training".

Part will be programmer preference, being expressed in
"enthusiasm" or its alternative, "hate".

Another cost will be tools.

And it depends on the project.
