i want to implement a Dashboard in a MetroUI style with HTML / ASP.Net with the Option, that a user can configure his layout in the webinterface. The Dashboard in the new Azure-Portal is a very good example for this. The user can drag the tiles and Change ist size if he likes.
Currently i found some HTML Templates like Grid or metroui.org.ua, but None of These are customizable for the end-user.
Does anyone know a control or template which can do this?

you can choose any theme from here. you will not always get the UI which you wanted. you will have to compromise in some functionality.
