They are looking for how you think, how you design an application. Not how I would do it.

And that isn't a "problem statement": it's a sentence without any description of the task involved, so it isn't possible to design anything to work with it as you have no idea what is is intended to be used for.

So try it yourself: if you get the job as a result they will expect you to be able to do it anyway - so submitting our answer will not help you in the long term anyway!
