I have to make SMS notification getter(SNG) application,this is to be installed on both phones.
Then the phones on which SNG has installed need to be paired by sending the pairing code from one phone,receiving and accepting from other phone.Can you please guide me that how can i do this programically.
Then after pairing, phone which has sent the pairing code can get the notification of SMS coming to the phone which has received and accepted the pairing code.


what API or Library should i use to do this? Actually i am new to android and this is my first app.Can you please guide me in this respect.
