First step is to learn basics of c# and .net, refer Professional c# which is good book for understanding the basics. Next step is to develop your own applications which will enhance your knowledge. Try developing small utility applications like temp files cleaner, Hide folder etc., Follow code projects articles regularly. If you cross these steps, then you don't need any third party advise.
