Im currently pursuing my masters in avionics and need help in my project.

I need to design a network switch in C. Its a UDP based Client/Server Paradigm. How do i do it? i have only basic knowledge of C which i learnt in college. Basically im a new born programmer. Im clueless how to start?? need help

You mean you have blagged your way into a job for which you have no experience, skills or abilities and you want someone else to drag you out of the fire?

We can't. This is too complicated a job for a beginner, even with extensive help.

You need to go to your boss and tell him the truth: this is beyond your current abilities. Anything else is going to end in pain for everyone involved: You, when you are "let go" and given a bad reference if any, the company who are going to be stiffed by you of several months wages and get no usable product at the end, and any potential customers who buy the poor product you might throw together in desperation.

Sorry if this sounds rough, and rather blunt, but frankly it's the best way. Your lask of knowledge will be evident at some point, and the later that happens the worse it is all going to be.
