Please let me know if any one is having an interface or service or Sample Application for this requirement.

Requirement:

It is related to skills matrix in the market on all technologies.

first drop down for providers like "Microsoft", "SUN", "Open Source"

if i select "Microsoft" all technologies related to Microsoft gets populate in second drop down skills. if select "Sun" all technologies related to Microsoft gets populate in second drop down skills. similarly for other all providers as well.
