We have a storage account with tables and blobs, data size total is several TB. No VHDs or similar.

I need to move them to ARM so I can move them to another subscription. In test environment I have not seen any issues with this, I also have not seen any issues in forums. 

My understanding is that client managing SAS tokens and creating tables/data and looking it up would not need to change. 

Are there any gotchas?

If your storage account does not have any associated disks or Virtual Machines data and only has blobs, files, tables, and queues then the migration to Azure Resource Manager can be done as a standalone migration without dependencies. I'd recommend checking the following documentation   here You would be able to use the same existing settings SAS, as long as you don't change the storage account keys to which SAS is dependent. So no gotchas. I'd also suggest checking the faq doc. I hope this helps.
