我的UPS无法使用。我无法访问mysites，无法打开UPS管理页面。
My UPS is not working. I cant visit mysites, and can´t open the UPS admin page.
UPS应用程序池存在，我们已经尝试了回收并重新启动。
The UPS App pool exists and we have tried recycles and restarts.
是否可以使用App Service VM映像来恢复该服务器，或者更好地重建UPS（再加上自定义属性和同步映射）
Will it be ok to use the App Service VM image to recover that server or is better to Rebuild the UPS (plus add the custom properties and sync mappings)
