When i turn on my laptop (using windows vista home premium) and try to log on my password is accepted but i then get the error message 'The user profile service service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded.

I believe its due to a corrupt account but when looking for support it suggests making new account i cant do this because IT IS THE ADMINISTRATIVE account and the ONLY account i have!!! I read that i need to change the BIOS but is this right?

Also, my stuff isn't backed up, will i loose it all, cos i really need most of it!
